I’m from Brazil and this was my first visit to DC. Me and couple friends went there for the day and it was absolutely amazing. This city is so pretty, welcoming and light. Time flies because there’s so much to do and see that you catch yourself running against the clock to be able to do everything it offers you.

Sitting on the beach with my family one evening, watching dolphins play, as the sun made its way down behind us. I turned to head back inside, and noticed the gorgeous light streaming just beyond these low sand dunes. So, I grabbed my camera to snap this quick picture.
